Robert Half Finance and Accounting is looking for an HR Director for a Rockland County based manufacturing firm. The HR Director will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, payroll/benefits, and training/development. The perfect person for this position is someone who is bilingual Spanish, and previous experience in manufacturing/plant industry, 10+ years of experience overall preferred. Additional responsibilities include: Clearly communicate the roles and responsibilities of the Human Resources Department to the entire company Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company. Work alongside hiring managers and directors to recruit qualified candidates for open positions Rebuild and administer onboarding sessions Performance management and improvement systems Policy development and documentation Prepare assets and systems for new employees Educate new employees on benefits, rights, and company policies Manage pre-payroll register of hours and PTO Assist employees with benefits enrollment Reorganize and maintain personnel files both in digital and print formats Conduct and/or coordinate ongoing training, employee engagement and career advancement sessions If your background and experience aligns with the requirements of this opportunity, please send your resume in a Microsoft Word document to Christopher Dzielak at Click Here to Email Your Resum? for immediate consideration.
