Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary
The Sales Manager reports directly to the respective Director of Sales (DOS) with a dotted line to the Vice President of Sales. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of Provider Service Representatives within a defined geographic service area. Serving as a role model and helps manage, develop, coach, support and motivate both new and current sales personnel while managing assigned key provider accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Executes core sales strategies as directed by Director of Sales and Sales Leadership, and manage accountability within the team to meet company budgeted volume goals within the assigned region.
Monitors and manages sales activity to guide efforts to optimize sales performance, frequently reviews CRM.
Manages territory tracking that relates to Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (SICP) for assigned sales team and collaborate with Director of Sales in managing related needs.
Provides support, mentorship and career development of assigned team.
Travels with sales representatives frequently "Ride-Alongs"; individual meetings, coaching and mentoring to ensure day-to-day activities are effective and efficient; documents field observations and action plans for each representative.
Responsible for intervention with higher level customer service issues and acts as liaison with broader RadNet teams (operations) to improve customer service and guide strategies.
Responsible for "Intelligence Gathering" needs to guide corporate strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales and Operational Leadership.
First line response to business development needs from the field, and acts as bridge to senior leadership to support and assist in related execution.
Continues to personally manage a territory consisting of key accounts and maintains an active role in the field.
Responsible for managing Sales and Marketing expenses for assigned team with budgeted framework.
Collaborates with Director of Sales in production and supplies management of marketing collateral needs.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
? Bachelor's degree along with a minimum four plus years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in radiology. Previous management or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
? Must have excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
? Ability to build effective relationships, delegate responsibility, authority and provide appropriate direction to staff.
? Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, product knowledge, judgment, discretion and decision-making and influence to achieve objectives.
? Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands
This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling or feeling, speaking, listening and high level cognitive thinking. Must be able to use a computer and other office machinery, including copiers, scanners, and computer software. Also, must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and weights of up to 10 pounds with regularity. This position requires the ability to travel, drive a vehicle and utilize other forms of transportation.
